media: isl6421: add checks for current overflow

The enclosed Kernel patch adds an additional logic for Isil 6421 to improve the
power on logic. I suspect that it could fix the issue you're getting, but I
can't test the patch myself.

You'll need to apply the patch to your Kernel and see if it would fix the
issue.

Thanks. That's a regression introduced with
ddf3536f19a4243670e5fc87f5fbaf9e44031542 - well not really a regression, the
code was only working correctly by accident before.

Fix is luckily trivial, but I'll also add a test case, so takes a little bit.

[PATCH] Add basic support for UDF filesystem

For reading UDF label and UUID is needed blkid >= 2.30. For creating new
UDF filesystem is needed mkudffs binary from the udftools package.

When creating new UDF fileystem, revision 2.01 for hard disk media is used.
Therefore it is not possible to use it for optical (or other) medias.

Problems:
* Check for min and max capacity is incorrect as it depends on logical
  (sector) size of the disk.
* Check for max label length is incorrect too as it depends on characters
  itself in label.
* Specifying label is not working yet as FileSystem::create() does not get
  label parameter.
* UDF filesystem should be used on unpartitioned disk, without MBR or GPT
  and spanning whole disk, but KDE Partition Manager does not support it.
* When MBR is used, MBR partition id should be 0x07, but currently it is
  incorrect 0x83. See: https://serverfault.com/a/829172 (same for GPT)

Hmmm... ok I don't know how cmake works, never used it.
But I just found out that if `make` runs with --no-print-directory
option, kdevelop gets confused as to where gcc is based when it runs.
However if `make` prints lines like:
make[2]: Entering directory ''
etc... then kdevelop finds and opens the relevant source file properly.

I had the same problem and searched my way to this bug. Changing it in
"kcmshell5 componentchooser" did however fix it for me. I'm using Konsole
17.04.1 on Fedora 26, so perhaps the issue is already resolved?

We are observing from the new Firefox 55 that is sending through kwin too many
windowChanged events when the mouse is just hovering over webpages... this
wasnt happening with Firefox 54.

Glad it was fixed for you, at this point i don't know what to do with this bug.

Remembering the window size has worked for ages, i've used Plasma 4, Plasma 5,
Unity and others and it always worked fine, unless you can think on something
special on your system that would make it fail i've no idea how we would ever
"fix" this bug, so i'm kind of leaning on closing it as "WorksForMe", but first
want to give you the opportunity of trying to see if you can provide some extra
information that would show why you're having this trouble.

This. Sorry to jump here on old closed bug but, I think most distros package
only release versions and asking them to package git snapshot would be tall
order. So yes the Google philosophy "release often" sounds good to end users...

The size requested for `m` is:

(gdb) p gimg._width * gimg._height * gimg._spectrum * sizeof(float)
$12 = 52862080 (0x3269C80)


But the actual size for `m` is:

(gdb) p m->size()
$13 = 52862976 (0x326A000)


So it looks like at least on Windows, QSharedMemory can have a size larger than
the requested size for alignment purpose.
It should use `gimg._width * gimg._height * gimg._spectrum * sizeof(float)`
directly instead.
This might be a defect in Qt's documentation.
Why it didn't crash on other images is entirely due to sheer luck (it could've
corrupted some other memory, who knows).

@Boud:
Please check all the usage of `QSharedMemory::size()` in both gmic-qt and
Krita.

Titlebar text is not updated correctly for example Gwenview opens the image
press "Go to next image" title bar text left from the previous image.
