I have just tested the multiline tool in Krita 4.0.0-pre-alpha (x86_64
appimage).
The glitches are still present when editing the text, but they go away when I

I think the problem with button from dialog in TWAIN interface is due to a
wrong re-route of TWAIN event loop to Qt5. This last one work fine with Qt4,

Upon further investigation, I have to correct the report.
Basically, the shortcuts fail only if the shell script doesn't have
