I also tried to load an old abr file that I was able to import with a previous
Krita version (4.2.0 or 4.1.x I don't remember), but Krita 4.2.2 can't.

Has been fixed I think from Plasma 5.16 new notifications system. The issue I
think was that if notifications service started too early it was creating
unthemed notifications
