UI-wise, one issue here is that this isn't just a mouse setting; it affects

Hi Elise,
Open a new finder window. Press command-shift-g and type ~/Library/Preferences
and press the Go button. Finder will then show the right location. Remove
everthing that starts krita.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't show everything in that folder. Could you try the
following:
* Open Terminal.app
* type 'ls ~/Library/Preferences/krita*' (withough the quotes)
