Okay, I found out how to make it work.
I realised that there's a notification in the bottom left corner of the screen
(very subtle), which says; "select the track first".

Well the problem is that it's inconsistent. Dolphin does it, but the file

The reason was a too big spacer. Is there any sane reason to allow a spacer,
which possibly pushes items out of the screen? Shouldn't it be constrained?
