The first option, "Scaled an"[whatever], seems to do approximately the right
thing but the image selected from the source is usually too low res for the
display. I suppose that's not a bug in KDE, though.

NVidia driver 455.28 fixes the System Settings "Black Menu" issue. If the

I actually figured it out now...
Apparently the plugin wasn't properly installed on my laptop (where I'm using
