Turns out I have edited firefox's menu entry to get it to use KDE. So that's

GridUnit could be that value multiplied by 2, making it 18px with 10pt Noto
Sans and 20px with 11pt Noto Sans.

I experience the same bug on Ubuntu 20.04. However, in my case copying the file
from the phone corrupts it as well, so I cannot view it on the PC. Copying by
