https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376149 --- Comment #3 from Johannes Hirte--- I've noticed that the segfault happened with llvm/clang-4.0 branch. Before the bugreport I downgraded it to 3.9.1 but didn't realize that there were some leftovers kdevelop was still using. After cleaning up those leftovers and rebuilding kdevelop against llvm/clang-3.9.1 again, the crash doesn't happen anymore. [kontact] [Bug 376170] New: wrong dates displayed in task list/todo list
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376170 Bug ID: 376170 Summary: wrong dates displayed in task list/todo list Product: kontact Version: 5.3.3 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: todo Assignee: korganizer-de...@kde.org Reporter: mikae...@yahoo.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 103896 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=103896=edit screenshot of the list view and edit view for the same task. Repeating to do list items shows different "start date" and "due date" in task list, from edit mode. Potentially relevant output from the terminal used to start the program: log_incidenceeditor: free slot calculation: invalid range. range( 0 ) / mSlotResolutionSeconds( 900 ) = 0 log_calendarview: got bizare parameters: QDate("2016-12-01") QDate("2017-03-31") - aborting here I can find no rhyme nor reason for the relationship between the parent tasks' due and start dates in edit mode, versus the start and due dates in the list mode (see screeshot). However, subtasks seem to be consistent that the list's start date is the edit mode's due date. All the tasks that I have tried with are recurring with a period of one year. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Crashes plasmashell like no tomorrow on Fedora 24. I also found out something peculiar. My machines that presented this issue previously had plasmashell 5.7.x installed and upgraded to 5.8.x, and it wasn't until I believe 5.8.5 that this arose. Machine 1 is F24 with upgrade from plasma 5.7 to 5.8, other machine was F24 with 5.7, then upgraded to F25 with 5.8. I did a clean install of F25 which had no prior trace of version 5.7 and the issue is gone -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376168 --- Comment #2 from Jasem Mutlaq--- Also, sometimes when I drag a window through the panel, it gets minimized. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376168 Bug ID: 376168 Summary: Vertical panels impedes dragging windows in multi-monitor setup Product: plasmashell Version: 5.9.0 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Panel Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: mutla...@ikarustech.com Target Milestone: 1.0 I have two setups which suffer the exact same problem. WORK setup: Two monitors. Primary RIGHT. Secondary LEFT. The primary monitor has a a vertical panel. When I drag Windows from the RIGHT to the LEFT, they pass via the the panel, but then get impeded/stuck in the middle. They appear half-way (half on Window in Primary, Half in Secondary). I have to drag the window again on the right monitor to make it go all the way through. HOME setup: Two monitors. Exact same issue. It appears that any Window/Widget that tries to go through the panel gets processed and plasma stops any drag operation from going further. [QtCurve] [Bug 376164] GTK3 Engine
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376164 --- Comment #1 from Yichao Yu--- The stabilized API apparently has all the APIs used by most theme engines removed so it's much harder to implement anything for GTK3 now. There was a debate on the thread where they decide to deprecate the API by keeping the symbol and make them no-op. The bottom line is that it's unlikely that QtCurve will have a GTK3 port before Oxygen does (and Oxygen-GTK3 doesn't work anymore for some GTK versions already AFAICT). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krita] [Bug 375977] Pressing escape to cancel transformation does not bring back the transform widget
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375977 David REVOYchanged: What|Removed |Added Status|UNCONFIRMED |CONFIRMED CC||i...@davidrevoy.com Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #2 from David REVOY --- Hi, this is not really a recent bug as you observed in your last sentence; it's part of how the transform-tool works since I know Krita. But I agree with your observations "the transformation widget should be displayed automatically without having to click anywhere on the canvas". I'm adding here "after pressing 'Esc' only". It will help the consistency of the transform-tool; this one auto-activate after "Ctrl+T" is pressed, and same after the icon is pressed. So, it's logic to keep proposing the widget after 'Esc'.I confirm this bug. Maybe 'Esc' could do the same as the 'Reset' button (tool-option docker)? Note: This mode ( no widget, cursor to click when transform-tool is activated) is useful after a transformation is done ( after pressing 'Enter' or 'Apply') to display the transformed result. It's normal in this case a secondary click is required to re-activate a new transformation. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

If it's not present by default, it shouldn't be used. It's not included by default because there can be multiple versions of the SDK installed. Using the tip from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6715454/what-is-the-default-path-for-osx-system-include-files-when-building-a-c-applic: $ echo "" | gcc -xc - -v -E On linux: ignoring nonexistent directory "/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.4/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/include" #include "..." search starts here: #include <...> search starts here: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.4/include /usr/local/include /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.4/include-fixed /usr/include End of search list. on mac: #include "..." search starts here: #include <...> search starts here: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin/../lib/clang/8.0.0/include /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/include /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.12.sdk/usr/include /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.12.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks (framework directory) End of search list. and indeed, I have a copy of mach_vm.defs in: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.12.sdk/usr/include/mach I have run xcode-select --install in the past (which is why I have git and other tools available, which work without /usr/include). I suspect the link was severed during an OS or SDK upgrade, but that's only speculating. If I re-run xcode-select --install, /usr/include exists and valgrind does compile. I still think it's a hack though, as this likely will break if someone tries to compile against a non-default SDK. Not to mention that it will presumably break in a future update, again. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kmail2] [Bug 376156] New: Deleting messages in IMAP account with server side folders enabled isn't possible
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376156 Bug ID: 376156 Summary: Deleting messages in IMAP account with server side folders enabled isn't possible Product: kmail2 Version: 5.4.1 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: commands and actions Assignee: kdepim-b...@kde.org Reporter: cookie...@web.de Target Milestone: --- New IMAP account, KDE Applications 16.12.1 I'm using server side folders (translated from the German text: »Server Abbonement«). Hitting DEL doesn't delete an email, in the right click mouse menu the delete / move to trash option is greyed out! If a message is regarded by kmail as SPAM and I click on the field »move to trash«, the message is moved to trash! So there is a bug, which prevents to move other emails to trash. This is clearly a duplicate of bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316153 which has been erroneously cleared as a duplicate of a completely different bug. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kwin] [Bug 376155] New: "Quick tile window to the left/right" de-maximizes the window without tiling as a first action since plasma 5.9.0
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376155 Bug ID: 376155 Summary: "Quick tile window to the left/right" de-maximizes the window without tiling as a first action since plasma 5.9.0 Product: kwin Version: 5.9.1 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: till2.schae...@uni-dortmund.de Target Milestone: --- When pressing "Quick tile window to the left/right" on a window that is maximized, the window becomes de-maximized, but not tiled to the left/right. Only after pressing the shortcut a second time, the window gets tiled the the left/right. This is a regression / change in behavior since 5.8.5, where the call of the shortcut immediately resulted in the tiling to the left/tight. The same situation occurs for applications which are tiled to the left/right, closed and re-started afterwards. The tiled window state usually gets restored after the restart. However, if the window was tiled to the left and now I press the shortcut to tile it to the right (or vice versa), it becomes de-maximaized. Before plasma 5.9.0 it got immediately moved it to the other half of the screen. Please restore the old behavior. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 376154] New: Second screen identified incorrectly
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376154 Bug ID: 376154 Summary: Second screen identified incorrectly Product: plasmashell Version: 5.9.0 Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Multi-screen support Assignee: aleix...@kde.org Reporter: david.heijk...@vonkpos.nl CC: plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: 1.0 When I connect my laptop with an external / second screen using HDMI after a fresh boot, the second screen gets recognized correctly: in the Displays System Settings Module the proper name shows up (i.e. DELL U2515H). When I unplug the screen, close the lid of my laptop, go to work and connect the laptop to another external screen this screen will be recognized incorrectly as the first screen I connected after a fresh boot into a X session. As a result the incorrect monitor setup is recognized and applied which forces me to either correct the display settings or to reboot (after which the second screen is recognized correctly). Looking at the kscreen.log (attached) a likely related logline is: "Failed to find a matching mode - this means that our config is corruptedor a different device with the same serial number has been connected (very unlikely).Falling back to preferred modes." In the past I've reset the kscreen settings by removing the .local/share/kscreen directory before logging in to my Plasma desktop session. After the upgrade from 5.8.x to 5.9.0 the problem seemed to be resolved, but after a day or so it unfortunately reappeared. My Laptop is Dell Latitude 5250 with integrated Intel video card, using the i915 drive. I'm more than happy to help troubleshoot the issue, if I get some instructions. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
