Otherwise, this has been restricted in accordance with the request of the

The icon that Plasma uses for Bluetooth in the system tray comes from the SVG
file preferences.svgz and not from network.svgz. Other network-related icons
like Ethernet or WiFi are loaded from network.sgvz but not Bluetooth.

It appears to me that the icons in preferences.svgz were intended for something
else but they are being used instead of the Bluetooth icons in network.svgz.

directly after the upgrade to frameworks 5.45.0 the icon of the libreoffice
startcenter is gone. 
- when I try to edit the menu and re-attach an icon to the startcenter is
replaced by a questionmark when saved
- i'm guessing it not due to libreoffice itself because I'm dual-booting kde
neon user edition with ubuntu 18.04 on this machine. I use the same version of
libreoffice there and I stell have an icon for the startcenter there.

- system: Dell Lattittude e5500 - I have to use the i8kutils to make it work
correctly but I never had problems with suspension before. Furthermore I
dual-boot plasmashell with ubuntu 18.04. On that system I use exactly the same
configuration of the i8kutils and ubuntu has no problems with suspension
- bios and kernel: on ubuntu 18.04 (dual-boot) I use exactly the same kernel as
on my neon system (user edition) and ubuntu suspends correctly

Directly after the upgrade to the frameworks 5.45.0 plasmashell isn't able to
go into suspension anymore. The screen goes black but the system isn't
suspending and there is no way of getting the system up and running again. I
never had any problems with suspension before.
- system: Dell Lattittude e5500. I have to use i8kutils on this dell but I use
exactly the same i8kutils on Ubuntu 18.04 (dual boot) and it gives no problems
there.
- bios and kernel: I use exactly the the same kernel on Ubuntu 18.04 (dual
boot) and there suspension works fine.

I tried all the different audio formats and only the MP3 version seems to load
and playback.

The other formats say there was an error loading, but then the error message
area is blank afterwards where I would think it would explain why.

I just tested using exit through window close button on system setting. the
result is, yes it does prompt to apply, discard or cancel.
the escape button wont close / change the setting either. it just stays there.

but there are another problem, when i select another setting option it doesn't
prompt me to apply,discard, or cancel it just open the new setting option and
discard all my changes.

That's odd, I still can not reproduce, I wonder if the type of tablet and or
the input driver has anything to do with this too, for the sake of information
I'm using the following:

Arch/Plasma
Huion 1060 tablet
libinput (and kernel provided support) no digimend driver
wacom driver/library to use the xsetwacom utility

Also applied the commit changes to my customized popup palette and shows same
behavior as the original (all right click fixed except the background color
picking).

Next link shows video where I'm using only right click till the close to the
end where I change twice the presets to demonstrate that I can actually pick
with left click.
Note: that I pick the green color holding right click down and dragging as
mentioned earlier, I'm curious if you can reproduce this too.

I can confirm missing apply/discard dialog when I start user-manager via apps
menu (kicker).
But I can not confirm when I open user manager via system settings in icon view
mode.
If you open user manager via system settings in sidebar view maybe this report
is duplicate of bug 392160.

Furthermore, I noticed that when I open kscreen kcm via kicker I get no
apply/dialog when I close the window immediately after to change the screen
resolution. 
So maybe we have a bug that affects several kcms started via apps menu.

akonadi 18.04.0 cannot find /etc/akonadi/mysql-global.conf

Error:
Did not find MySQL server default configuration (mysql-global.conf)
Failed to remove runtime connection config file

Temporary solution:

Copy mysql-global.conf file from the /etc/akonadi folder to your
~/.config/akonadi folder.

Fixes kmail, korganizer and anything else that depends on the akonadi server.

In open-source development, work is done and shared by those who care. You did
the first part, but forgot the second part. As a result, nobody since then has
been able to benefit from your work. What a shame.

Since this bug describes a problem with the Qt4 version of the software, and I
can't reproduce it with Skanlite and my Plasma 5 machine that has Samba
installed, I'm closing it. If you can still reproduce it in such an
environment, please feel free to share your patch! The world gets better only
when we work to improve it...

the average color of the source layer.

I prototyped the script in C# to test a few things, and what I did for the
histogram mean for redrobes (or spatial averaging as it might also be known)
was sum up the RGB values then divided by the number if pixels.

So p_avg = 1/pixelCount * sum k=0->N (p_k).

I would love to help you with this if you'd like. :)

1) I just have tried it (Film Emulation>Add Grain) and it doesn't work. I am
going to see to contact Author to help me try to make it work. If you have any
ideas, much appreciated, it seems to be a great filter.

2) I understand Krita developers are buried under tons of bug reports and
requests so I'm not going to bother anymore with my request. Maybe the bad
impression on Noise Filter I had while running Krita 2.x is not relevant
anymore since we now have G'MIC within Krita. I mean, if devs just polish Krita
as it is now, it will be true perfection.
If there is any other way I can be helpful, just let me know:)

Looks like it uses some X11 specific KWindowSystem stuff.

When I set it on X11, polkit kde authenication dialog uses same taskbar icon as
the main application.

On Wayland I can see another program in taskbar with a generic Wayland icon.

I just added this torrent
https://distrowatch.com/dwres/torrents/Neptune5-Plasma5-20180410.iso.torrent

But download never starts. If I check the Trackers tab of the torrent it always
says that it can not connect to localhost. Vut it shouldnot be trying to
connect to localhost. It should be connecting to
http://torrent.resonatingmedia.com:6969/announce

I tried a couple of other torrents from DistroWatch.com and all who only have
http://torrent.resonatingmedia.com:6969/announce on the list of trackers do not
wotk.

if I try to ping torrent.resonatingmedia.com it responds just fine.

Confirmed. This crash is happening the latest version of GIT for me on my linux
box. It appears to be a different issue than what was previously done though.
There is a child accessor that is getting accessed when the parent doesn't
exist.

After looking at the crash through gdb it appears this is the culptrit

palettedocker_dock.cpp::184

@Jan: I think the patch I attached to this bug report is slightly better then
the one at https://phabricator.kde.org/D12378
- The cmake module talks about libnm, which reflects the name of the pc file
- It uses #include , which avoid any issues with glib/gio
and does not require any signals trickery.

While looking at the patch in phabricator, I also noticed that you used 
#include 

You should drop the libnm/ prefix, as the include path is already set by
pkg-config.

Cflags: -I${includedir}/libnm

So, say you have install libnm to an unusual prefix, using the linm/ prefix
would mean the header is no longer found

No, it happened suddenly. I don't know if it has to do but I had the program
open for a few hours. I had left to use the browser for a brief moment and when
I returned I chose the circle tool to use on the canvas and the application
crashed.

On Arch Linux (kio 5.45, kernel 4.16.2-2) the situation is exactly the same as
described by reporter.
My screencast shows that progress bar and animation in notifications applet
stop ~2.5 minutes after the data tramsfer is completed.
Screencast shows copy from my home (EXT4) to my pen drive (FAT32).

Pen-down on left side of canvas and drag across to right-side works perfectly
and responds to pressure. Pen-down on right half of canvas jumps cursor to
panel on right side of window (Color Selector or Layers).

I tried limiting the tablet settings to use only left-hand monitor (I have
two), Krita gives notification that tablet settings disagree with windows, but
runs. Still no difference.

Tried setting Krita's Tablet settings to Windows 8+, which makes the tablet
work as mouse - positioning okay, but no response to pressure of course.

Tablet is an old Genius G-Pen 340, plugged into USB port directly on PC.  Tried
the latest driver, but no difference. It was working correctly with PhotoShop
trial version, but that has expired, so can't test further. Gimp doesn't
respond to pressure, never has (could be some setting I don't know about).

Windows 10 64bit, WinTab32 5.3.2011.1014, Genius driver 5.2.2011.1107, Krita
4.0.1

My only work-around is to use Windows 8+ setting for Krita and use time instead
of pressure, which is weird but workable.

Ah, forgot to add that while these paths and the screenshot are from a Mageia

As you can see, the one in the "actions" category points to
document-encrypted.png, not document-encrypt.png like the others. The former is
a kind of "garbled sheet of paper", while the other one is a locked padlock.

My actual problem is that this icon is used in Plasma, in the "desktop toolbox"
menu, in the option to lock the widgets while they're unlocked, and looks
really weird and doesn't make any sense. The opposite icon, used to unlock, is
fine (the expected open padlock).


I'll take this opportunity to thank the maintainers of Oxygen (in all its
branches, be it widget style, Plasma style, icons...) for their awesome work in
a set of icons and themes that I adore =)

I know they're not the "in" themes anymore, but I love them over any other
nonetheless. THANKS!

I just tested on Arch Linux running kio 5.45.
