[kmymoney] [Bug 393953] Can't print to PDF or printer
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393953 --- Comment #15 from Jack--- Well, i'm getting even more confused. I compiled from git master on an Artix Linux box, and it prints OK with or without WebEngine. On my Gentoo box, I finally just removed the system version, since it always insisted on loading the system plugins instead of the new ones. I've tried to gdb step through to find what is happening, but at least two tries failed because it didn't even load the reports view. I might try to trace through printing of the home page, but that seems to be done in a higher level KDE routine, not within KMM. I finally did get to step through the reportsview printing, but I just don't follow what's happening. Question: is there anyone seeing this problem who is NOT on Gentoo? While I'm still open to any other suggestions here, I'm going to try looking for suggestions within the Gentoo community. >From the About KMyMoney, Libraries tab, I currently have KDE Frameworks 5.43.0 Qt 5.9.4 (built against 5.7.1) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Yes, you've got it! Indeed, this box was checked. Immediately when I unchecked the box, copy to clipboard and pasting into Thunderbird ==> works. Hurra! Pls. feel free to close this issue, if you think this is expected behaviour. In my view, the "Copy to clipboard" should work independently from the setting of this checkbox. [kwin] [Bug 394478] 5.12.5 update
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394478 --- Comment #3 from ghavami...@hotmail.com --- that's interesting thought thank you, to me it doesn't sound right, I'm not a technical person but I think it must be update related becasue of the temporal relation between the two, unless the update somehow broke the existing driver which probably isn't right, or else my drivers are incompatible with something new in the update , and therefore now 'broken', regardless I made sure I updated all the drivers I could via manjaro but no difference, and as noted, there is discrepency when switching to wayland, it works via wayland, as much as wayland so far works, so I would guess it's compostor related, no hassle though I have dualboot as a back up in event eveything breaks, I'm really happy with the way KDE is shaping up so far, thanks to you guys! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krusader] [Bug 310237] Kio related BUG: "Reading: 200 % complete..."
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310237 Martin Kostolnýchanged: What|Removed |Added Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED CC||clearmar...@zoho.com Resolution|--- |UPSTREAM --- Comment #2 from Martin Kostolný --- I've re-tested this in git version of Krusader (2.7.0+) and now the behaviour is this: After a few seconds tar protocol give up opening the archive and writes a regular red protocol error in upper side of the panel. This is probably a limitation of tar protocol provided by kio-extras project. Interesting is that there is no problem opening such archive in ark. Anyway mentioned bug ("200% complete") is not happening anymore (probably fixed in kio-extras) and problem with opening big archives by tar protocol can be reported to kio-extras project. I'm closing this bug now. Please feel free to reopen if I was wrong :). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krusader] [Bug 393320] Editing a local path in Bookmark Manager breaks a bookmark
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393320 --- Comment #3 from Martin Kostolný--- Sorry, I forgot about it. Now I've found the change in KIO which is causing the crash. Q_ASSERT for emptiness of protocol was added and briefly discussed here: https://phabricator.kde.org/D11013 IMO it makes sense that caller with empty protocol (Krusader in this case) is the one that need to be fixed instead informing user of an incorrect URL which regular user is not able to fix anyway. KIO change only made this bug (393320) more important to fix now:). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[Spectacle] [Bug 394479] Copy to clipboard: does not work (drag & drop does work)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394479 --- Comment #3 from Henrik Fehlauer--- Well, we need a way to distinguish between a general clipboard problem with your system or Thunderbird, and something specific to Spectacle. Can you try to open an image in Firefox, select "Copy Image" in the context menu and paste into GIMP and Thunderbird? BTW, I now can paste from Spectacle and elsewhere to Thunderbird after enabling "Compose messages in HTML format" under "Account Settings → Composition". > What do you mean with "Klipper's settings" ? Klipper is Plasma's clipboard manager applet, which you'll find in the system tray. Right-clicking on it will offer "Configure Clipboard". But perhaps you are not running even running Plasma, or you are using another clipboard manager? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[krita] [Bug 394485] New: [bundle] double-click on *.bundle in filemanager open Krita, but fails to auto-install
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394485 Bug ID: 394485 Summary: [bundle] double-click on *.bundle in filemanager open Krita, but fails to auto-install Product: krita Version: 4.0.1 Platform: Compiled Sources OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Resource Management Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: i...@davidrevoy.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 112774 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=112774=edit [^ screenshot of the bug] Hi, this is a bug seen on Krita Sprint 2018 (sunday afternoon): when double-click on a *.bundle file in filemanager open Krita, but fails to auto-install. To reproduce: = 1. Download a bundle on your disk (eg. from https://www.peppercarrot.com/extras/resources/ ) 2. In the filemanager, open the bundle Result: === Krita is loading (the file association is done by the system/distro?) then a message displays warning: "Could not open this format, Reason Krita doesn't support this format." (it can be hidden behind the splash screen) Expected: = Having Krita loading is fine, but it would be better if the *.bundle could be installed that way too. (eg. Showing the resources manager containing the bundle with a green information message: "bundlename.bundle installed and activated" -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
