You need to get this menu item very often and it is not so convenient. So you may want to temporary create a shortcut for them. But there is no way to set a global shortcut for these actions (in global shortcuts -> kwin these actions are not presented). Could you please add them there? Additional info: As a workaround I open Window Rules in system settings and _edit_ rules from there. You can also create new rules from there, but in this case you need manually detect and fill in properties of some window. So to _create_ a rule, I manually run window menu -> more actions -> Special Window shortcut. This is why I created this report. Actually there is also a Window Manager settings window menu item, that also is not shortcutable, maybe add it there too. I was looking to use the scripts in the gdb directory to print out the values of Qt objects like QStrings in gdb. I've been troubleshooting ksysguard crashes when it's been shutting down due to segmentation faults which I found were resulting from use-after-free errors as I described in bug 400499 I ran git clone https://anongit.kde.org/kde-dev-scripts.git In gdb, I ran source /programs/kde-dev-scripts/gdb/load-qt5printers.py The values of QString variables were printed correctly after that. That workaround did what I was looking to do. Some of the directories might be added to packages but not others I take it then. Perhaps Rex or the other maintainers could add the kf5 and possibly other directories if they wish. I just found the kde-dev-scripts package yesterday and installed it, so I wasn't sure what was normally in the package or not. Open a Dolphin window or anything, just navigate away from that browser tab OBSERVED RESULT 4. The notification will appear in 5 seconds, if you click it it will take you to the website above. 5. If you don't click it it will disappear in a few seconds, now try clicking it in the Notifications history, it won't do anything. On clicking a stop, it usually did not change the colors to be edited. I was trying to create a grayscale gradient with five values, and it was very frustrating. I would make a change and something weird would happen, apparently because I was not editing the stop I had clicked. The stop doesn't seem to get highlighted either. I could move the stops, but not make the colors change reliably, and often not at all. I ended up figuring out the file format and created the gradient in a text editor. (I wanted 5 bars of increasing gray values to get values from an image using a Gradient Map.) That worked, to some extent at least. The Gradient icon in the tool bar showed my gradient correctly (5 bars of increasing gray values). However, the gradient editor itself showed a continuous grayscale, not blocks, and attempting to use it as a Filter Mask with Gradient Map also had a continuous grayscale. BTW the document ion does not say to right click the bar to split the gradient. Took a while to figure that out. Starting the program and selecting quit from the menu no longer causes a segfault, and drkonqi no longer is automatically triggered. SUMMARY
BlueDevil seems to be constantly scanning for new bluetooth devices. On my
hardware (and I suspect on any combined wifi/bluetooth chips, which are mostly
found in laptops) this leads to serious deteoriation in wireless connectivity
quality, up to completely loosing a wifi connection for couple minutes after a
day of uptime.
I'd suggest to add a separate configuration tickable to prevent this behaviour.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable BlueDevil "bluetooth integration" feature
2. Open bluetoothctl to monitor for scan("Discovering") requests
OBSERVED RESULT
Software-wise:
Every 2-3 minutes, device goes into "Discovery" mode.
Hardware-wise:
Wireless speed & packetdrop grows, longer it keeps going worse the connectivity
becomes.
EXPECTED RESULT
As this is not a bug per se, while having quite bad outcome AND being a
non-obvious thing to detect/debug, I've set it to Wishlist.
Expected result would be to have a configuration item to disable this behaviour
while keeping other bluetooth integration features; I'd argue that not scanning
continiously should be the default.

That definitely fixes the issue. I tested on both power9 and power8 with a gcc
and glibc build with the new str[n]cmp inline patch plus the following fixes
from this bug:
- Implement ppc64 ldbrx as 64-bit load and Iop_Reverse8sIn64_x1.
- memcheck: Allow unaligned loads of words on ppc64[le].
- Implement ppc64 lxvd2x as 128-bit load with double word swap for ppc64le.
- memcheck: Allow unaligned loads of 128bit vectors on ppc64[le].
- Implement ppc64 lxvb16x as 128-bit vector load with reversed double words.
And it seems to resolve all gcc strcmp inline issues I was seeing before.
Both setups were ppc64le. I haven't yet tested on ppc64 or ppc32.
I do see bug #401827 and bug #401828 but they are unrelated.
Also memcheck/tests/undef_malloc_args (stderr) fails. That one does seem caused
by earlier patches from this bug.
And occasionally I see Use of uninitialised value of size 8 in _vgnU_freeres
(vg_preloaded.c:68) which is mysterious. It goes away with
--run-libc-freeres=no --run-cxx-freeres=no. It seems unrelated to this issue.
But I haven't found out yet what is causing it. It is as if sometimes we are
unable to see that the weak symbol _ZN9__gnu_cxx9__freeresEv
(__gnu_cxx::__freeres) is initialized. Very odd, since it normally works except
in some cases. But it is very likely unrelated to this bug.

As for issue with changing directory, does folder view store positions configuration for different directory somewhere? It doesn't look that way to me. I would assume the redirect engine tries to check if the link is valid before sending me, but since it's behind a mandatory login, it fails and sends me to the login page instead. A little of context for the steps to reproduce : the bug occurs when I'm push a git branch to our internal gitlab and I then ctrl+click on the link to do a merge request. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. modify file + commit 2. git push origin master 3. ctrl+click link OBSERVED RESULT Chrome opens a new tab, displaying my projects with a mention at the top "You are already logged in" EXPECTED RESULT Chrome opens a new tab showing the merge request SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.6 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0 Qt Version: 5.9.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The url looks like this https://gitlab.foobar.com/internal/foobar.com/merge_requests/1899 My coworkers can't reproduce the problem, which is why I think it's related to either konsole or kde.
