Say you have mapped an account created with kmymoney 4.8 (which uses aqbanking
5) then in the kmymoney file inside the account tag there is the following
ONLINEBANKING

If you map a paypal account with kmymoney5 you will have in the kmymoney file

which means the former mapping is not known by kmymoney.

[kdenlive] [Bug 418121] New: If i copy a video with altered speed, it appears just one frame when i paste

2020-02-23 Thread Fernando Marcelino Muniz
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418121

Bug ID: 418121
Summary: If i copy a video with altered speed, it appears just
one frame when i paste
   Product: kdenlive
   Version: 19.12.2
  Platform: MS Windows
OS: MS Windows
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: minor
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Effects & Transitions
  Assignee: vpi...@kde.org
  Reporter: fernandommu...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit the video's speed (In my case was 50%)
2. Copy the video
3. Paste the video somewhere

OBSERVED RESULT
It pastes a single frame of the video i wanted to paste, and the problem is
related to the speed effect being attached to the video, because when i put
back on 100% speed, i was able to copy and paste normally.

EXPECTED RESULT
Paste a perfect duplicate of the video that i've copied, with all the effects
i've attached to it.

It's an issue with the Breeze Plasma theme, yeah.

This was an intentional change, done in
https://commits.kde.org/plasma-framework/7e52c869de2d58ff714b60252041a447db2c10c0,
to fix Bug 370465.

It looks like users of Icons-Only Task Managers don't mind this change; we
haven't gotten any bug reports or complaints. But users of Traditional Task
Managers have grumbled a bit.

I'm not sure it should be reverted entirely; just look at the number of
duplicates on the bug that was fixed by the change! But maybe we should
brainstorm a way to make the change just for the IOTM, and use the old style
for the TTM .

Not sure how we could easily fix it since the TTM and IOTM both use the same
SVGs, yet it looks like that set of SVGs always works better for one widget
than the other.

I periodically run into this with my songs, and it seems like the issue may be
with the tags themselves. Copying the lyrics text into Kate and then back using
a tagging app like kid3 or Picard fixes it the issue, so clearly there is a
newline character in there somewhere

So yeah, maybe we could have Elisa automatically display these correctly so
they don't need to be manually fixed.

Unfortunately each of these issues will have to be dealt with on an app-by-app
basis. :(

Can you file a new bug for each issue?

Another interesting observation: I hooked up my old RPi3 running Kstars 3.3.9
and the Celestron CGX guide option appeared immediately and seems to work fine
-- and this is even when I'm controlling it remotely from KStars 3.4.0 on the
Mac via INDI.

My earlier comment wondering if this was a UI issue with the dropdown appears
to be invalidated.

This is the debug log you asked for, with the mount set to debug plus only the

your apps; I forget where exactly it was, but I had two options but only one
appeared in the list even though everything else operated fine. Is it possible
the dropdown just isn't enumerating all the list options completely?

[digikam] [Bug 418120] New: Uninstaller recursively deleted C:/ drive

2020-02-23 Thread ThisIsPaulDaily
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418120

Bug ID: 418120
Summary: Uninstaller recursively deleted C:/ drive
   Product: digikam
   Version: 6.4.0
  Platform: Other
OS: other
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: grave
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org
  Reporter: paul.daily@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When trying to upgrade from 6.4.0 to 7 beta 2 I was prompted to uninstall 6.4.0
and to back up a copy of my database file. I did so, and after clicking to the
next screen it proceeded to wipe most of my C:/ Drive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install 6.4.0, download latest beta
2. Follow instructions for uninstalling 6.4.0
3. Observe that 6000+ folders are removed from C: including appdata folder,
$user/documents, $user/pictures, $user/downloads.

OBSERVED RESULT
Excerpt from uninstaller output: Note that I'm only taking a subset of standard
folders and not showing the files that were also listed in the uninstaller
output.
`
Line 39225: Remove folder: C:\Users\ThisIsMyPC\Desktop\
Line 39293: Remove folder: C:\Users\ThisIsMyPC\Documents\Downloads\
Line 39307: Remove folder: C:\Users\ThisIsMyPC\Documents\

Line 54509: Remove folder: C:\Users\ThisIsMyPC\translations\
Line 54512: Remove folder: C:\Users\ThisIsMyPC\Videos\Captures\
Line 54515: Remove folder: C:\Users\ThisIsMyPC\Videos\
Line 54521: Remove folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\digiKam 6.4.0\

EXPECTED RESULT

It should just remove the stuff related to digikam not remove all of my
files and folders.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows10:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Removing the appdata folder was really the worst since I can't recover that
folder. It broke the functionality of every browser on my computer, a system
restore and "Previous versions" of folders could not repair the appdata folder
removal.

I've had malware do less damage than this. It really ruined my whole weekend.

[kwin] [Bug 416826] Moving around Windows with Kwin-tiling occasionally causes segfault

2020-02-23 Thread bugzilla_noreply
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=416826

Application: kwin_x11 (5.18.0)

Qt Version: 5.14.1
Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Operating System: Linux 5.5.4-1-default x86_64
Windowing system: X11
Distribution: openSUSE Tumbleweed

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed: Moving tiled windows while
kwin-tiling was active.

- Custom settings of the application: kwin-tiling script, kvantum w/transparent
windows, openGL 3.1 compositing, wobbly windows

- Unusual behavior I noticed: Dragging a kvantum window from anything other
than the titlebar will result in the window being immovable. It will rapidly
snap back to it's original tiled position before I can move it anywhere. As
someone else stated, I notice occasional slowdowns where window movement will
become choppy and laggy. This occurs even with floating windows and kwin-tiling
turned off. It doesn't crash Kwin but these two problems started at the same
time (a couple weeks ago or so), and I suspect they're related somehow.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY I've been running krusader to synchronize two (fairly large)
directories for more that two weeks now. So I looked at the terminal instance
from which I started it, and discovered several thousand warning messages. None
of these massages are, of course, visible if the app is started from a menu,
but their presence suggests the the coders did not think that wasting resources
producing discarded messages was worth the time fixing the sloppy code.

In any case, I fear that what should have been less that half a day of reading
a reconciling the directories has now gone on for three weeks, and counting.

See bellow for the top of the message list. The QPainter warnings - as far as I
could see - are repeated from there to the end of the current terminal output.

[okular] [Bug 418017] Okular does not play sound of an embedded media file

2020-02-23 Thread Alexander Willamowski
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418017

Hi Okular developers,

I put just an extract of my PDF presentation plus a small movie clip on my
cloud driver of my email hoster
https://c.gmx.net/@334653985707267862/KNsiHTvPRY23lHTYKsfJFA
since even this does not fit to the limitations of file attachments of
bugs.kde.org

This time the movie is of type mp4 but it has the same issue: Video plays fine
but no sound at all. I hope that this example works for you locally since I
don't know if the PDF embeddeds the movie directly or just references to it (so
as I hoped to use it not to blow up the PDF size itself).

Again thanks for your support and good luck!

Kind regards,

Alexander

[systemsettings] [Bug 418113] New: Overall, I think KDE Plasma “Shortcuts” should be renewed

2020-02-23 Thread hsnnsnc
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418113

Bug ID: 418113
Summary: Overall, I think KDE Plasma “Shortcuts” should be
renewed
   Product: systemsettings
   Version: 5.18.1
  Platform: Neon Packages
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: kcm_khotkeys
  Assignee: k...@michael-jansen.biz
  Reporter: hasannisa...@gmail.com
CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Overall, I think KDE Plasma “Shortcuts” should be renewed.

Here are a few examples:

– Custom Shortcuts, Basic Konqueror gestures. Konqueror is a KDE Plasma
component that is no longer used and is not installed by default with KDE neon.

– General Shortcuts, Other Shortcuts, Juk. Since Juk is replaced by Elisa
Player, there should be Elisa Player shortcuts instead of Juk.

– General Shortcuts, no shortcuts are assigned to the Event Manager.

– There are many shortcuts waiting to be assigned.

– Instead of the Systemmonitor application opened with CTRL + Esc keys, it
should be KSysGuard. (In the system, the Systemmonitor and KSysGuard dry
together. Someone needs to be deleted)

Thank you.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select System Settings, General Shortcuts

OBSERVED RESULT
Many applications that are not in use (Konqueror, Juk, etc.) and are waiting to
be assigned have shortcut keys

EXPECTED RESULT
Assign unassigned shortcuts and uninstall unused apps (Konqueror, Juk etc.)

6. Select Clean layout and click Switch
7. Remove from Clean layout the dock that you do not need in order for Clean
layout to NOT HAVE ANY DOCKS AT ALL in the end. Be careful if a dock from a
Normal layout occupies the same edge with a dock from Shared layout then the
dock from Shared layout is shown. Be careful to not delete by mistake the dock
of Default and Shared layout instead of the Clean Layout.

[plasmashell] [Bug 417124] Plasma crashes when selecting new global theme

2020-02-23 Thread Kewl ToyZ

Created attachment 126362
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=126362=edit
New crash information added by DrKonqi

plasmashell (5.17.5) using Qt 5.13.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
When changing Global Theme and clicking the checkbox applying it to the entire
DE it generates a crash every time.
DE seems to recover but is unstable until restart.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Revrts to default KDE Wallpaper.
System becomes sluggish to responses.

- Custom settings of the application:
I am using Nitrux OS project doing some testing of the DE.
Learning about Linux Distros month 2.
My first bug reporting participation.

[Breeze] [Bug 418111] New: minor visual regressions due to scrollbar border

2020-02-23 Thread bugzilla_noreply
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418111

Bug ID: 418111
Summary: minor visual regressions due to scrollbar border
   Product: Breeze
   Version: 5.18.0
  Platform: Archlinux Packages
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED

minor visual regressions

SUMMARY

some applications(dolphin, qmmp-> simple interface, clipboard
configuration->actions) and widgets (notes, quick share) look slightly worse
with the new scrollbar border.
Maybe it's possible to fix this by not drawing the border when not surrounded
by a focus frame.
Or adding an option in breeze application style settings, wouldn't really fix
it though :P
