[krita] [Bug 418243] New: No option to modify key-frames into twos.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418243 Bug ID: 418243 Summary: No option to modify key-frames into twos. Product: krita Version: 4.2.8 Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Animation Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: stgemma...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I imported a video, but I wanted the frames to be in twos, so a frame every two frames. Instead, the frames were set as one frame after another. I tried highlighting them all and right-clicked, to see if I could select an option to set the frame distance, but to no avail. Thus, I had to separate the frames manually, which is a huge penance and very time-consuming, especially if the video is really long. I ended up having to download a plugin, which enabled me to select the frame spacing when importing a video, but it would still be very helpful to have the option to select frame spacing post-video importing. Thank you! STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Highlight frames in timeline. 2. Right click. 3. Nothing to select. OBSERVED RESULT Sadness and disappointment, but hopeful. EXPECTED RESULT Frames spaced apart at a desired distance. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 Home macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I believe in you all! Thanks! =D -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

That control is used in numerous dialogs throughout KDE and the issue of it truncating and elipsifying unnecessarily (instead utilizing more of the available horizontal space) is ubiquitous; it becomes especially emphasized when users have font-sizes set to a larger font than the 10pt default. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418237 Bug ID: 418237 Summary: Manually selecting icon from anywhere other than oxygen folder doesn't work. Product: kde Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: sparky123558w...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 126440 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=126440=edit What I mean by blank text document icon. SUMMARY What happens is whenever I try to change the Icon for an application of a file association. If the location of the icon is not in the /usr/share/icons/oxygen path, the icons are not only invisible to the system (which is the case of other system icons directories such as $HOME/.local/share/icons) but also selecting such an icon will result in a blank icon entry whether in dolphin or navigating panel entries. STEPS TO REPRODUCE in Application Launcher 1. Right click launcher widget. 2. Select Edit Applications 3. Select app you want to change (in my case firefox) 4. Use the other icons tab 5. select browse button 6. manually navigate to a different icon anywhere on the system OBSERVED RESULT The icon selected will result in a blank text document icon showing up in the menu entry instead of the icon selected. As well as an a blank text document .desktop file being created in $HOME/.local/share/applications. Despite the .desktop file in the previously mentioned directory having the full path spelled out. The icon refuses to show up. EXPECTED RESULT Icon is correctly loaded and saved. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 31 - KDE Spin (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67 Qt Version: 5.13.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This also happens with the exact same results if I try to change the file association of say a python file with extension .py. [kaffeine] [Bug 418236] New: EPG information does not display properly with high-definition channels on DVB-T2
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418236 Bug ID: 418236 Summary: EPG information does not display properly with high-definition channels on DVB-T2 Product: kaffeine Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: mchehab+sams...@kernel.org Reporter: ju...@op59.net Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY When viewing UK high definition channels in Programme Guide, Kaffeine shows unreadbale characters for programme names and descriptions. Similarly for the On Screen Display of programme information. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. View a high definition channel, e.g. 'BBC ONE HD' 2. Open Programme Guide 3. or press 'O' to show On Screen Display. OBSERVED RESULT Unreadable characters. EXPECTED RESULT Readable text. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: Devuan GNU/Linux 3 KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: kde-runtime 4:17.08.3-2.1 Qt Version: libqt4-dev 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18 Kaffeine is built from latest source, sha=ea35f1eb49 'Fix minor EBN issues', Date: Wed Dec 11 20:57:46 2019 +0200. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Problem happens for all high definition channels. On normal definition channels the problem does not occur - EPG information display fine. Hardware is Hauppauge WinTV-dual HD, identifying as si2168 Silicon Labs Si2168-B40. Examples of raw bytes passed to src/dvb/dvbsi.cpp:DvbSiText::convertText(): 1f 01 d9 af d8 ab eb 0f 1f 3b e4 cc 1f 02 57 3c 95 d3 5b f4 27 a1 7d 57 4d ec 78 ed fc 73 c9 6e ab 57 ad 78 ce f6 6d 66 9f 00 74 40 1f 02 e5 61 6d 94 b0 04 fe 6e 3b 3b 27 f6 6e d2 97 e8 60 1f 02 20 bc 35 e1 db 2e 7f 66 cb d2 f3 fc 74 de 53 dd bb 60 4a e7 e2 fa d3 26 f6 e7 bb 0c 23 65 19 d4 f4 4f 0f dd 0a bc ca 0d 5f 1f 89 4a 03 ed b2 96 00 9f 96 fc DvbSiText::convertText() doesn't seem to have a path to handle the two apparent prefixes '0x1f 0x01' and '0x1f 0x2'. I've tried modifying it to use each of the available decoders (DvbSiText::TextEncoding is 0..19), but none of them seems to give readable text. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
