I also tried experimenting with some options in Klipper settings, and noticed
that this bug doesn't happen when "Prevent empty clipboard" is unchecked. It

I noticed thou, that Wayland session don't have this problem. The secondary
monitor finally works in Wayland, and plugging it in and out is super smooth,
