Maybe the accessibleInterface pointer inside updateAccessibility() is invalid which leads to a crash. When we reload the doc, the views, if any are valid before and after regardless of whether they became visible or not. Load this project into the comic manager. Krita vendors its own fork of kxmlgui (it's been here for 6 years!), compiled into libkritawidgetutils, which has departed from upstream kxmlgui by quite a bit. On the other hand, it looks like KDEPlatformFileDialog in the KDE platform integration uses KToolBar from upstream kxmlgui. Somehow, instead of loading the system kxmlgui shared library, it appears to be using the KToolBar functions in Krita's fork of kxmlgui. Are you on Wayland? Then logging might not work. Consider using systemd boot:

I can confirm that profiles need to be added to global system path
("/usr/share/color/icc/colord" on Arch) to be able to add the ICC profile from
the dropdown menu in color correction KCM. However, this still isn't sufficient
in my case to make it apply the ICC profile's VCGT automatically after log-in.
VCGT correction only gets loaded after log-in when I manually open the color
correction KCM page or when I restart colord via systemd.

It's possible that your distro doesn't capture the terminal output, or kwin restarted somehow. The journalctl workaround works fine for me OpenSUSE Tumbleweed Plasma 5.24.5. Another workaround is to open Konsole, and run the following to restart kwin and log it's output to the Konsole window. kstart5 -- kwin_x11 --replace `kwin_x11 --replace` is the actual command, but `kstart5` will keep kwin running after you close Konsole. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Krita (Or choose open with from dolphin menu) 2. Open an image (tested with both, PNG and JPG, also the way the image is opened does not seem to matter, same behavior if opening the image from krita menu, dragging and dropping or using the open with option in dolphin menu) 3. Select save as/export (Happens with both actions) 4. Select location and file extension (Tested to export as PNG and JPEG) 5. Proceed to select options for exportation and click Ok (Did not choose anything in particular here, just clicked Ok) 6. Krita closes and a crash is detected by the crash handler (almost every time, sometimes it crashes and it is not detected by the handler, but very rarely) OBSERVED RESULT Even though Krita crashes and closes immediately, the file is created on the selected location and seems Ok (I do not perceive any problem with the image itself, so it seems it actually exported it and failed afterwards) EXPECTED RESULT The image is exported and krita continues functioning without crashing/closing. I use a symlink to another drive as my ~/.local/share/Trash folder.
when not using a symlink, it works fine, but with a symlink, the kio slave

It can also be changed under the View menu - Show all accounts. There were some changes (since 5.0.1 although I don't recall the exact version) to make things more consistent, and to consolidate two different settings which essentially controlled the same thing. I don't believe that they changed the actual behavior, but I may well be wrong. As far as I know, there is no way to get closed accounts shown in one display but not another. This makes it so much easier to capture pages from a slide deck during a presentation! Also useful is the new UI showing me the name and a button to 'Open Containing Floder' for the most recently saved screenshot. So far, the only feature I had grown accustomed to in the legacy version which seems to be missing in the new version is the ability to navigate with the keyboard and to select an image name to use as template I can conveniently edit and use to save a new screenshot. This requires that I have to interact with the mouse to complete this task. But that is a very small price to pay for not having to use the mouse to draw the region boundaries for every screenshot.
