In the directory 'Freshly_Booted' there are many instances of the Clipboard icon in the System Tray and one instance of the Clipboard in the Internet Activity. Also, the running instance of the 'Strawberry' music player appears in the 'Utilities' Activity instead of the 'Multimedia' one. Finally (and this is new), the 'Control Centre' widget is displaced on one of the Activities. In the directory 'Desktop_Cleaned' all this has been restored to the proper arrangement. You will see from the screenshot of the output of kdiff that there are very few changes resulting from the cleanup operation.
