It doesn't work, though. Just because, I made a further attempt with the versions of the V42L, SV105 and SV205 with similar results - that is,negative. I eventually managed to make it work on Linux Mint (client) as shown in the attached screen shot. I doubt whether it is a suitable procedure, though. I apologize if I failed to fill in the form as I should have but I found it a bit cryptic due to my low English level.
