I'm fairly sure it was a built-in Intel GPU. The computer was provided by the
company I used to work for, for software development, so wouldn't have needed
an NVidia GPU.

The fact that the first column doesn't fit its contents is a bug.
There are no column headings defined for your third and fourth columns, so even

The columns are all sized to fit their contents. The only resizable column is
the last one, which stretches or shrinks to the window width.
