Same thing as above happens to me with 5.23.3 on SUSE Tumbleweed in Wayland,
while Xorg works fine.
The cursor changes when hovering over e.g. resizable widgets but I can't
interact with anything.
Can't switch TTYs with the keyboard even after doing Alt+Sysrq+R (though the
rest of the REISUB sequence works).
