As already mentioned on 2021-11-15, running plasmashell --replace after update
solved the issue. Sometimes possibly also kwin_x11 --replace helps in addition.

In system dock it says: not enough permissions. Sometimes says nothing - just
won't unlock and mount.
in Dolphin it says: Object does not exist at path "/"

At the same time Gnome Disks under KDE does unlock and mount as regular user.
KDE Partition Manager does as well but as it requires superuser credentials,
not usable for regular user.

This is possibly another issue but with that non-2FA account, where I could log
in - there I could create a folder via Dolphin but could not create a file
