I'm running what I'd say are standard apps. My typical apps active when this
happens would be Chromium, Konsole and perhaps Visual Studio Code although I'm
sure I've seen the crash without VSCode running also

Unfortunately nothing visible in the dmesg log around the time of the event at
all. The last event is 20 minutes prior to the black screen occurring.
