I think the error might not be related directly with ksnapshot but with the new integration of Wayland or something else. At the end I had a lot of problems with video reproduction, programs crashing with the use of a mouse scrolling and more. It doesn't matter if I do an screenshot for the complete desktop, a window or a section. I don't know what might have changed to cause this problem.
