Just to get this in quickly, I can confirm it only happens in Chrome and moving
the cursor to any other app fixes the issue.
I'm on google-chrome-stable with Wayland enabled.

My only theory is it might be related to me not using floating or hiding
panels. Could be why it only started in 6.0. Still happens here as of 6.0.3.

No. I run a 64 bit ubuntu virtualbox client on a 64 bit slackware host. Ubuntu
is version 18.04 with no guest additions. Virtualbox is 5.2.18. with QT5 6.1.
Slackware is 14.2. All are at current patch levels.
