I forgot to add that the console shows:
No language dictionaries for the language : "en_US"

I do have the same problem, scaling is 100%. My system is:
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20221029
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
Kernel Version: 6.0.5-1-default
