But can make rule from system settings. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on title bar. Make some window(application) rule then save. OBSERVED RESULT Rule does not apply to that window(application). Also cant find system settings -> window rules. EXPECTED RESULT It should appear on 'Window Rules' settings.
