I tried with 23.08.1 on Windows. I put 1 clip in the timeline add transform and
cut the clip in several pieces. Click on each clip piece. No crash.

Making the test with: Stereo to Mono, Noise Suppressor for Voice and then add

There seems to be an issue on the AppImage (dependency, QT desktop setting?). I

You have on the “top” clip additionally the “invert0r” effect. This makes the
