Doing that indeed solve the problem, but then the gap remains when the windows
are maximized. The previous behavior allowed the gap to be present unless there
is a maximized window (during which the gap disappear).

Latte dock overlapping windows

SUMMARY
Latte dock overlaps windows when screen edge setting is used even if the dock
is set to always visible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the dock
2. Set screen edge to any value
3. Move a window (or do window tiling) under the dock

OBSERVED RESULT
Latte dock overlaps the window

EXPECTED RESULT
No window overlap should occur

SUMMARY
Provision of (menu, toolbar and keyboard) shortcuts to switch between right and
left reading direction in okular will be convenient.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
With the current implementation to change the reading direction, a user needs
to:
1. Go to settings
2. General Section
3. Change reading direction in program features

OBSERVED RESULT
The reading direction is changed successfully but in a many steps which is
inconvenient especially for users who use the option frequently

EXPECTED RESULT 
The presence of shortcuts will greatly improve the user experience

- I was using the master branch version packaged by [Archlinux CN
Repository](https://github.com/archlinuxcn/repo/tree/master/archlinuxcn/latte-dock-git).
So, to exclude a packaging issue I installed the [github
version](https://github.com/KDE/latte-dock.git), but with the same results.
- Downgrading to `latte-dock-git 0.9.11.r0.gff490a41-5` solves the issue.
