Ok, I think I found something interesting.
After installing Korganizer along Merkuro all missing dialog windows and pieces
appeared in Merkuro. Now it's like it should be, I see existing accounts, I can
edit/add/remove

I also tested this with newly created profile to avoid any interference from
old settings and result is the same - empty window. I also tried to add
contacts account through Kontacts app and it is similar except
