There was a lot when this occurred. I haven't had time to recreate the exact
conditions but I've used KDE a lot since this and done a few apt upgrades and
the issue hasn't recurred.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

A compositor icon appears in the system tray, I hover over it and it says
"Unknown", I right click and there's only one option to click "Unknown
settings", intrigued I click it and plasma crashes and restarts 5 sec later.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
