[plasmashell] [Bug 361624] New: notifications exceed screen, hiding close button, so that they can not be closed manually
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361624 Bug ID: 361624 Summary: notifications exceed screen, hiding close button, so that they can not be closed manually Product: plasmashell Version: 5.6.2 Platform: Chakra OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Notifications Assignee: mklape...@kde.org Reporter: i...@cyrilbrosch.net CC: plasma-b...@kde.org As it should do, kdeconnect notifies me of new e-mail my Android gmail app receives. But as it cites the whole message text, the notifications can get very long, and in fact they sometimes are longer than there is vertical space on my screen. I attach a screen shot. In such case the close button is somewhere above my screen and not reachable. I can't close the notifcation (clicking them once closed them, but this behavior was recently changed) and I have to wait until it dissapears from itself. Of course I could file a bug report against kdeconnect (crop you notifcations!), but I think the right place for this to be fixed is Plasma, as it may concern also other applications. So, please make sure that notifications never grows higher than the screen is high or give another possibility to close them, e.g. via right-click option. Reproducible: Always -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kamoso] [Bug 356188] Kamoso crashes right away
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356188 Cyril Broschchanged: What|Removed |Added CC||i...@cyrilbrosch.net --- Comment #2 from Cyril Brosch --- I have this instant crash, too, but I use the gstreamer-backend, so this can't be the bug described in #335111. Kamoso crashes after start when my (generic) webcam is plugged. When it is unplugged, I can start Kamoso and interact with it, but when I plug in the webcam and press "record", it crashes again. So the problem starts when the program tries to get the image. The webcam works without problems in Skype and kamerka. After the crash drkonqi is not started, and all that gdb gives me is: "Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x0041bf59 in WebcamControl::startRecording() ()" Should I file a new bug report? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[frameworks-kio] [Bug 353195] Copy error for folders with mixed files & folders in Split View
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353195 --- Comment #6 from Cyril Brosch--- It is extremely hard to reproduce, for me it seems to happen simply from time to time. I've just tested many copy situations, and when I finally got the error (I deleted a folder, and then copied another folder from the same directory), I could not reproduce it later after restart of dolphin, doing exactly the same actions. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
