[kdenlive] [Bug 397281] Offset gets lost when audio is split from a clip that has a speed effect
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397281 --- Comment #3 from Dominik Leiner --- Thank you for the response. I did not encouter the issue with recent versions of kdenlive and therefore considers the problem solved. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 403650] New: Effect Compressor (avfilter) explodes when attributes changed
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403650 Bug ID: 403650 Summary: Effect Compressor (avfilter) explodes when attributes changed Product: kdenlive Version: 18.12.1 Platform: Appimage OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Effects & Transitions Assignee: vpi...@kde.org Reporter: m...@dominik-leiner.de Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY The effect "Compressor (avfilter)" works correctly when added to a clip. However, when any value is changed (and changed back to the previous value), the audio exceed the 0db limits by far (massive overmodulation). May be related to German interface (using comma as decimal separator). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Add video to timeline 2. Add effect "Compressor (avfilter)" 3. Play video -> everything works correctly, filter s active 4. Change any setting (incl. Detection or Mix) and change to previous setting 5. Play video -> Clip plays much too loud an heavily distored EXPECTED RESULT Same effect of the effect if the same settings are set. [kdenlive] [Bug 397250] All slowmotion effects in project lost upon saving
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397250 --- Comment #3 from Dominik Leiner --- > Try with the upcoming version 18.08 ones released because there is an MLT > 6.10.0 installed. Good point, thank you for that information. Yes, I actually took a part that was heavily cut out of the project, and did the snipping in a separate kdenlive projekt. As I encountered the bug only after using very many clips, and cuts, and shifting, and the undo feature, I assume that it's actually a fault that occurs subsequent to some other issue causing problems in the file/project structure. Let's see what 18.08 brings :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 397281] New: Offset gets lost when audio is split from a clip that has a speed effect
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397281 Bug ID: 397281 Summary: Offset gets lost when audio is split from a clip that has a speed effect Product: kdenlive Version: 18.04.1 Platform: Appimage OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: Effects & Transitions Assignee: vpi...@kde.org Reporter: m...@dominik-leiner.de Target Milestone: --- Here's a nice, reproducible bug :) 1. Add a video clip, cut (offset) a one third from the beginning and the end 2. Add "speed" effect, e.g., 200% 3. Split Audio from video Result: The offset set in (1) changes, the audio displays a negative offset. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 397250] All slowmotion effects in project lost upon saving
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397250 --- Comment #1 from Dominik Leiner --- I should add that the project (throughout many file versions) showed an alert about clip problems when loading, although the list of problems was void. The system I run kdenlive on is an Ubuntu 16.04. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 397250] New: All slowmotion effects in project lost upon saving
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397250 Bug ID: 397250 Summary: All slowmotion effects in project lost upon saving Product: kdenlive Version: 18.04.1 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: Effects & Transitions Assignee: vpi...@kde.org Reporter: m...@dominik-leiner.de Target Milestone: --- I am working in a kdenlive project with lots of clips, and many of them have a "Speed" effect, often 300 to 1000%. This worked fine for a while, but after a few hours of cutting and shifting clips, and adding and removing clips, I had all but few clips marked and shifted. Then kdenlive crashed, which is not very uncommon. When opening the last saved version, kdenlive told me that invalid transitions were removed. The reason for them getting invalid was that *all* "Speed" (slowmotion) effects were lost, which changed the clip duration, and caused overlaps. I already had this issue in the previous AppImage (17.x) in a different project. Unfortunately, it again appeared in 18.04.1 now. My gut feeling is that it happens when moving a large number of clips on the timeline, but I was unable to deliberately trigger the bug so far. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 391017] New: AppImage fails to access Lumas when loading project
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=391017 Bug ID: 391017 Summary: AppImage fails to access Lumas when loading project Product: kdenlive Version: 17.12.0 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Installation Assignee: vpi...@kde.org Reporter: m...@dominik-leiner.de Target Milestone: --- I had created a project, using the AppImage Kdenlive-17.12.0d-x86_64. At one position in the project, I have used a composite transition with wipe "symmetric_clock.pgm". This worked fine, incl. rendering. However, when I open the project, I get this "Clip error": Luma File: /tmp/.mount_AWD1kz/usr/share/kdelnlive/lumas/HD/symmetric_clock.pgm I can only open the project after removing the clip. The wipe method of the transition than changes to "none". If i then save the project, close kdenlive, start a new instance from the AppImage, and load the project, a new temporary mount path is reported where the pgm file is not found. I could, of course, create a copy of the pgm file into my project folder an use that one. However, it was easier, if kdenlive stored a path relative to the own folder. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
