[gwenview] [Bug 441542] Gwenview crashes after some time when viewing large directories

2021-08-25 Thread Eumel
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=441542

Kind of reliably reproducible now: Also with [Enter], [Space]...[Space] (to
forward between pictures), then [ESC], then the thumbnail gallery is shown, but
(in this case) only with placeholders, then immediately a crash.

2021-08-25 Thread Eumel

Happened multiple times again, note that I was hitting [ENTER] on one picture,
then the picture was shown, then [ESC] to get back to gallery view, then it
immediately crashed.

Bug ID: 440862
Summary: Route planning UX: multiple via points cannot be

   Product: marble
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: marble-b...@kde.org

I was planning a route with multiple via points.

Once chosen, the via points cannot be re-ordered in the list. Expected: the
user can drag and drop via points in the list, to re-order them.
The "reverse" button did not seem to do anything.

  Target Milestone: ---

I was planning a route with multiple via points.

Upon restart, the via points are still present, but they are disabled/greyed
out. The text or coordinates is empty, and after some seconds *some* of the
points are resolved to names (I think via some reverse geocoder) and they are
re-enabled. *some* of the pointe never resolve to a useful name and stay
disabled. Even worse, as long as the points are greyed out, they cannot be
used, e.g. for "Center Map Here". Expected: via points should just stay between
restarts, keep their text as is.
