Bug ID: 359939
Summary: New file are not added to the Custom Makefile Projects
Product: kdevelop
Version: 4.90.90
Platform: MS Windows
OS: MS Windows
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: file tree
Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org
Reporter: mdemol...@gmail.com
Window 7 x64.
KDevelop d/l here:
http://krf.kollide.net/files/work/kdevelop/kdevelop-x64-setup-5.0-20160121.exe
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a custom makefile project and open it in KDevelop
2. In Windows explorer, create a c/cpp/h file in the source folder
Actual Results:
The created file is not added in the project
Expected Results:
The file is visible in the project tree right after its creation
The "reload" item in the menu doesn't solve the problem.
Actually, I need to close/restart KDevelop to make the file visible in the
tree.
scummos said that about the bug:
[18:40:19] Folco: the project manager should really add files when
they are added
[18:40:22] without the user having to click reload
[18:40:26] _that_ is the bug report
