I was actually trying to reproduce virtual desktoo future... Since shortcut did not worked I swirched to xfce... I am using linux since 1998... 20 years... I know they will fix it eventually. They always do. I wonder how they missed it in the first place... I switched to xfce because I need stability... I am trying to use activities to create virtual desktops. Every time I assign a shortcut to each activity (alt+1, alt+2, etc) it accepts it. Now I'am pressing done. trying to use shortcut alt+1. nothing happens. Going back to set a shortcut, there is no shortcut set. You can create an activity. You can add the shortcut. Try using it and there is nothing happening. Go back to assigning shortcut to the activity: No shortcut has been saved there... Just formated and Installed Kubuntu 18.04 from 17.XX to find out that different wallpaper and also different widgets in each desktop is gone!!! This makes my desktop almost unusable! COME ON!!! People are adding futures not removing them!!! I have to downgrade and stay there until you get it back... or, I have to move to XFCE... Or is it time to check how Gnome is doing these days...
