It is somewhat intermittent. But I don't know why. Perhaps it works "for some time" after a manual akonadictl restart. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421531 Kevin Kaland changed: What|Removed |Added Status|REPORTED|NEEDSINFO Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO --- Comment #1 from Kevin Kaland --- Hmm. I'm not seeing this today. The calendars appear to be updating properly now. I'm not sure what I did other than restarting a few times since first setting it up. Maybe something got knocked into place. Will mark as "needs info" and keep an eye on it over the next week. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I am not sure if this properly synchronizes local changes; I haven't tried to make any. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 416739] Panel disappears from time to time and after a while re-appears
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=416739 --- Comment #17 from Kevin Kaland --- Yes, laptop monitor disabled is also my scenario. Perhaps I should enable it and check if this happens like that. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 356225] Panel moves to wrong screen when external monitor is connected
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356225 --- Comment #332 from Kevin Kaland --- Not sure if I applied the fix incorrectly, but it didn't help in my scenario. Ultimately, I still had to let it generate a default appletsrc file again and restart. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 356225] Panel moves to wrong screen when external monitor is connected
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356225 --- Comment #331 from Kevin Kaland --- @Russell, do you have any idea why moving the appletsrc file also fixes this? Does plasmashellrc rewrite itself based on the contents of the file or something? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 416739] Panel disappears from time to time and after a while re-appears
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=416739 --- Comment #12 from Kevin Kaland --- Still in 5.18.4. I can also add that this seems to happen right after a KDE upgrade, either after the package including plasmashell (plasma-workspace on Manjaro, it appears). I actually tried re-enabling the laptop monitor to see if the panel was there, but it was not. This was the output when I tried to `kstart5 plasmashell` on the CLI: ~ kstart5 plasmashell & 1278ms 13:44:28 % ~ Omitting both --window and --windowclass arguments is not recommended 13:44:42 Icon theme "ubuntu-mono-dark" not found. [plasmashell] [Bug 418662] New: Some system tray icons seem to choose the wrong color
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418662 Bug ID: 418662 Summary: Some system tray icons seem to choose the wrong color Product: plasmashell Version: master Platform: Manjaro OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: System Tray Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: wizonesoluti...@ymail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Created attachment 126695 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=126695=edit System Tray with issue SUMMARY I use a dark theme (Sweet KDE). I am finding that certain tray icons that normally work are sometimes invisible after a restart. Often, restarting plasmashell will fix the issue for a while. This includes indirectly by logging out and back in. The issue occurs fairly consistently now. It seems to affect color icons; all the ones that do appear have an "outline" design. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Restart the computer 2. Log into a user session OBSERVED RESULT See attachment. EXPECTED RESULT Many of those blank spaces should have color icons in them. [plasmashell] [Bug 416739] Panel disappears from time to time and after a while re-appears
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=416739 Kevin Kaland changed: What|Removed |Added CC||wizonesoluti...@ymail.com --- Comment #9 from Kevin Kaland --- Hmm, it sounds plausible that this might be a duplicate in my case. I have my laptop screen set to black out when I connect my external monitor. Perhaps the Panel is on that screen even though it's disabled? I will try to enable it next time this happens and see if the panel is there. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
