Emacs is an X11 window. There's an experimental Wayland support aka "pure
GTK3", but AFAIK it has problems on X11 (which is why it was never made
default), so I'd prefer to stick to X11 b

UPDATE:
So, good news, at least for now I managed to make it work. However, because of
mutual dependencies, I had to downgrade both Qt down to 5.12 and and all KDE
package from *5.60.0* down to *5.59.0
