Well, comparing the code between 3.x and pre-3.x, the more suspicious change is
that a "brush outline workaround" thing now only activates if you DON'T use
OpenGL.

I also compared the relevant stabiliser source to version 2.9.11, which has a
very smooth stabiliser.
