To confirm, It happens in any situation where windows/meta/super key is pressed
for more than 1 second.

Yes, with "latte-dock --default-layout" same issue persists, but output is
slightly different:

I want to add that it seems to not happen when using the pager plasmoid, or
only very rarely when using the mouse scroll on desktop. It ALWAYS immediately
