[kdenlive] [Bug 347347] change height of individual tracks
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347347 --- Comment #4 from Wegwerf--- If this is low hanging fruit then I will be absolutely positively surprised. This will need refactoring of a lot of code that today assumes that all tracks have the same height. A quick glance some time ago showed me that this needs to touch a lot of code, but it would surely worth the work. What needs to be done is to factor our any scattered code that works in the timeline using the scene coordinates, especially Y axis, and then unify this through two functions, such as getTrackTopY(t) and getTrackBottomY(t). The main work is to find all the places where need to use these new functions, and this includes all timeline operations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 368801] Wish: Able to do multiple clip jobs to one clip.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=368801 --- Comment #3 from Wegwerf--- Hi Evert, thanky for your reply. It helps me to better understand the issue. My (limited) understanding is that vid.stab uses ffmpeg for decoding the unstabilized video, and then ffmpeg again for encoding the stabilized result video. But ffmpeg can't handle MLT files as it doesn't understand them. MLT sits on top of ffmpeg, but ffmpeg doesn't know about MLT. One way might be to first transcode from MLT to some video format that vid.stab and ffmpeg can reread later when running the stabilization. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 364318] git master: regression: effect is totally "ineffective" (with regression project)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=364318 --- Comment #5 from Wegwerf--- More testing reveals that resizing the clip helps, but only if I resize the clip a lot by dragging the end of the clip, then resize it back to its original size. Next, some "careful research" shows that I need to resize the image clip beyond its current length. When loading, you can see the length of the title clip to be 00:00:12:05. The timeline clip instance starts at position 00:00:03:08 and has a length of 00:00:06:00, giving a total(!) length=end of 00:00:09:08. Now, resize the clip in the timeline only one or two seconds: doesn't change the incorrect blurring. Next, resize beyond a right end of 00:00:12:05, that is, a timeline clip length of around 00:00:12:08. Now the animation gets correctly updated, so scrubbing the timeline shows the proper blur ramp-down. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 367676] [Clip-Monitor] I can't record voice-over a video
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367676 Wegwerfchanged: What|Removed |Added CC||wegwerf-1-...@gmx.de --- Comment #1 from Wegwerf --- I did a quick check on my system: "arecord -l" lists my devices, with card 2 being my USB mixer to which I've hooked up my studio mic. A quick google for ffmpeg and recording audio tells me to use the "-f alsa" option, with "-i hw:x,y". It's audio card 2, sub device 0. So I could do recording using this profile: -f alsa -i hw:2,0 -crf 25 -ab 192k -vcodec libx264 -acodec libvorbis -preset veryfast -threads 0 However, I'm unsure as to if this helps the original reporter; my understanding is that he wants to be able to play the timeline with easy dubbing? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
