Well, I removed, downloaded and installed the drivers for the wacom, installed
krita 3 again and got the same results. But just to you know, with the krita
2.9 everything works correctly even with OpenGL turned on.

After a brush stroke, the brush freezes at the end of that brushstroke and
don't move for the next one. You loose the brush's position.
This is happen with and without OpenGL option 

Tablet Wacom Intuos 4 - PTK-440

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a brush stroke
2. lift from the tablet
3. put back the pen on tablet, brush still on the prior position


Expected Results:  
The brush cursor moves with the pen after the strokes
