Spoke too soon, but all's good now including the cursors.

OK just decided to open Thunar as root and rename "libXcursor.so.1" ans see

Update I believe that somehow in the process of fixing the icons somehow the
Flatpak system was broken. I noticed shortly after the 5.20.4 updates that I

This can be marked resolved. The issue had to do with the 5.7.8 kernel not
handling flatpaks correctly. Anything in the systray that was a flatpak would
not appear, and their corrisponding application on the startpanel

Ok let me try to clear this up a bit. Was running Gently with all icons
showing. then qBitorrent and Night Color icons went transparent after updates

We both know that no matter what the program is in the systray it should be
showing it's icon. The theme that seems to be causing the issue is "Gently"
which is a KDE / Plasma theme.

OK here you go. On the top row og icons in the systray you will see 2 spaces,
they actually are qBittorrent and Night Color. There is also a really faint on
that is GWE or Green With Envy.
