KLinkStatus is a KDE4 component I think, and since I reported it, I'veupdgraded to Mageia 6 where its at v16.12.3, with dependencies on the whole KDE ecosystem at that same version. The software installer is telling me that to install it I will have to uninstall all of KDE at v17.12.2, which is a deal breaker for me. Is is something to do with the subject line, or message contents, or both, being the same in each email, and KMail thinks you are trying to resend something that has already been sent, despite trying to send it to a different contact group selected from KAddressBook? The applet worked fine immediately after installation, but after reboot I suspect it to be the cause of the crashes.
