[konqueror] [Bug 215882] HTML/CSS - unable to remove last watch items from ebay page

Used Konqueror 5.097, KF5 5.42 to retest. Its a bit moot, ebay watch page
design has changed so the obstructive element no longer seems to be there, and
Konqueror in KHTML mode is barely able to display half the page layout now
anyway.

Sorry, I'm unwilling to do that.

KLinkStatus is a KDE4 component I think, and since I reported it, I'veupdgraded
to Mageia 6 where its at v16.12.3, with dependencies on the whole KDE ecosystem
at that same version.

The software installer is telling me that to install it I will have to
uninstall all of KDE at v17.12.2, which is a deal breaker for me.

Its part of kdewebdev, but it doesn't seems to have been ported to KF5, as
there's no docs for it at
https://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdewebdev/klinkstatus/index.html
If KLinkStatus ever gets ported to KF5 I would certainly try it out.

This may be new behaviour in the 5.7 branch; previously the group was shown
with an error symbol where the missing contact used to be, and it could be
removed from the group without a problem.

Confirmed, this is the most annoying of bugs that makes using KMail to manage
distribution groups near impossible.

You can't send consecutive emails to different groups, as KMail always adds the
emails from the first selected group to the second, third and subsequent
emails.

Is is something to do with the subject line, or message contents, or both,
being the same in each email, and KMail thinks you are trying to resend
something that has already been sent, despite trying to send it to a different
contact group selected from KAddressBook?

Thanks for the suggestion, the AppImage for 5.7.0 seems to work OK so far

Can't be sure, but 378855 or 378360 look most likely bugs fixed from 5.6.0

[plasma4] [Bug 380906] Plasma desktop crashed on start-up

--- Comment #1 from andrew brewster <ab@ntlworld.com> ---
This behaviour had never happened before I installed milou and its plasma
applet to the panel. The applet worked fine immediately after installation, but
after reboot I suspect it to be the cause of the crashes.
I experienced this 3 times in a row before using another desktop to remove
these entries for milou from plasma-desktop-appletsrc, remove miourc, and
uninstall milou and its plasma applet.
