When you create a world in Step with particles, graphics and titles and save
it, the object lose theirs position when you open the project again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a world
2. Put some objects: particles, graphics, etc. Eeverything is in order. 
3. Save it.
4. Open it
5. everything is out of order. It seems that everything has been focused on
(0,0)

It will be nice to add the agular variable (theta) to represent it in the
gràphics. Por exemple, it will be grate to represent the angle in the two
pendul exemple.
It will be easy because: theta = arctg (y/x)

I download and burn the iso of KDE neon of 16th of january. When I try to
install it appears this error:

(--unpack):

libkf5i18n-data 5.29.0-0neon+16.04+build20"
And I can't continue with the installation.


I am not sure but it could be related to bug #366463
