PageView::capability() did not call methods on d->ptr until commit

The crash occurs after ~FilePrinterPreview finishes, while unwinding
FilePrinterPreview's Qt child widgets (via QObjectPrivate::deleteChildren).

I'm using regular 2.9.10, but it identifies itself as 2.9.9. I originally
installed 2.9.9.1, upgraded, then un/reinstalled, and it still thinks it's
