[plasmashell] [Bug 378816] New: System tray: Crash when changing wifi network

2017-04-15 Thread oysstu
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378816

Bug ID: 378816
Summary: System tray: Crash when changing wifi network
   Product: plasmashell
   Version: 5.9.4
  Platform: Neon Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Keywords: drkonqi
  Severity: crash
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
  Reporter: oys...@gmail.com
CC: bhus...@gmail.com, plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

Application: plasmashell (5.9.4)

Qt Version: 5.7.1
Frameworks Version: 5.33.0
Operating System: Linux 4.8.0-46-generic x86_64
Distribution: KDE neon User Edition 5.9

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
As the PC was connecting to a wifi network, I connected to another wifi network
by clicking "Connect" on the other wifi network. I did not abort the other
connection by clicking "Disconnect" first. I've had similar issues where
plasmashell crashes when using these "Connect/Disconnect" button in the system
tray.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
