Good question. In fact I have both (runned from source and flatpak) and the
problem that I'm listing here was in the flatpak one. This is odd... can I
change the flatpaks theme in the system settings?

Them it works. I noticed on gpodder because it is the gtk app that I use the
most ... the other apps in gtk are using flatpak, but I will open my eyes these
days.

Hi. I did it and the panel today appeared without shadows. Everything else is
fine, it's just the panel.

I have high-resolution screen which I use it sometimes, using HDMI cable. But I
didn't find a correlation with that yet. The printscreen that I sent was in my
notebook without the high-resolution screen.
