It may be called kontact. You need to raise a new bug report for kontact (if
that's the correct product name) about that issue.
It called contact in panel, kontak is not contact program
What is the purpose of the Contact program in the Arch plasma panel. There is
one search field if I understood correctly and nothing more, the program as a
program does not exist as a separate installation. What is the program
searching for, contacts? where do I define contacts, maybe instant messaging, a
bit confusing, a search program that doesn't exist anywhere and I don't even
know what I'm searching for

So syncing libical should do the trick.

Unfortunately how to get a consistent working system again is a distro issue,
not a KDE issue. If you can't sort it out, you need to ask for help on
ArchLinux/Manjaro mailing lists. The KDE bug reporting system can't help with
this.

Pacman.conf is being edited on the date of return, specifically I returned to
10.08.2022 when everything was ok. Then I returned to 09.10 when nothing
worked. I found out that I had a breakdown on 09.10. I returned the distro to
08.10 and after that did a total update of the distribution. You gave a
solution, but it doesn't help because now a new problem has appeared and the
alarm does not exist in the panel and does not work, it is empty

The error message which you report in comment 14 shows that the libicu package
either is not installed or is the wrong version. This shows that other packages
than libical have been changed when you downgraded libical. You need to ensure
that ONLY libical is changed when you downgrade it.

I do dowgrade in terminal with command #sudo downgrade libicu and result is
libicu is version 3.0.14
I dont know any other metod to downgrade, yes i now downgrade all distro

I didn't use the wrong parts, I checked everything. Downgrade works and I have
exactly the version you said. The problem is that now Contact appeared, which
is defective, and reading on the net, the version that Contact is looking for
is nowhere to be found, which interferes with other programs from KDE-PIM and
Kalarm, which does not work and there is no way to reinstall it. Too many
programs from that package are linked and depend on one program or library, and
I'm looking for .so.70 and I'm so.71
Thank you for the advice :)

When you downgraded libical, no other packages should have been changed. There
are evidently missing dependencies, which should not have happened when just
libical was supposed to have been changed. I'm not familiar with the package
system on Manjaro/ArchLinux, so I can't help with how to do it correctly, but
it looks like you must have used a wrong command or something.

I did the downgrade as advised but calarm still doesn't work and there is no
icon in the arch panel. Now the contact icon and the error it reports have
appeared.
The error is as follows;
file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.kalendar.contact/contents/ui/main.qml:10:1:
plugin cannot be loaded for module "org.kde.kalendar.contact": Cannot load
library /usr/lib/qt/qml/org/kde/kalendar/contact/libkalendar_contact_plugin.so:

I think that the system is made in such a way that it will be impossible to
repair it without a total reinstallation.

Just to be sure that I understand you correctly, please confirm that you
downgraded the libical package to version 3.0.14, and that the faults still
occurred.

Hey, thanks for the advice and help, I've checked the downgrade 100 times, the

I can't understand that something in linux can't be fixed without reinstalling
the whole linux. I used to run the accounting center by myself until I retired
from the Inalid. Everyone scolded Windows, but now I do a return to the correct
state and I can still work and update other programs. Here in linux, everything
depends on everything, it's an impossible mission to fix the error. Program
packages that our lives depend on just stop working, as far as I understand,
the update has a bad program, but if you install linux from the beginning, then
that program is not there. I didn't work with linux at work, but when I
switched to linux, I did a xxx installation that caused some errors and win 10
didn't dump. This Arch has been installed for 2 years and that after 32 years I
need to do a reinstallation, it's out of my mind. To me, Linux is not for
Facebook, but for specific activities.

This is due to a bug in libical version 3.0.15. This should be reported on the
Manjaro bug reporting system. A downgrade to libical version 3.0.14 will fix
the issue.

No, that's not a solution because I've already tried it and now new errors
appear

For security reasons, there are always 2 identical versions of Arch and
Manjara, but unfortunately that doesn't help either. Re-installing Arch and all
those settings is a huge job. I've been trying to find a solution to the
problem for 5 days, I did a downgrade and 08.10 arch works perfectly normally
and then an update comes and creates chaos. I'll think carefully about whether
I'll try to put my life on the line again, I had all that sensed on my Android
phone, but I was annoyed by the constant beeps and warnings, and I, for
example, gave insulin 15 minutes earlier.

Thank you for the advice, but I don't have the file that causes the error. I
used kalrm from the terminal and there are no alarms. When I delete 2 files on
/home in the local directory kalarm dir and in the .config directory
kalarmcxxx, only then can I import the saved alarms. This all works until the
first restart and then the same situation again, the alarm reports an error,
the alarm does not have any alarms in it. I don't have libical3 file.

images again.

I think that the bug is likely to be the same as Bug 460442, but without seeing
your images it's difficult to be sure. Please see my comments in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460442#c1.

@David Jarvie

I start Arc, a message appears on the desktop of the image I attached
Selection_034.png. When I start manually Kalarm alarms do not exist, picture;
Selection_035.png. The image Selection_036.png shows what an attempt to send an
error shows on the screen. The bottom line is that everything was working fine
until October 8, 2022. update 09.10.2022 suddenly nothing related to
Akonadi-pim-korganizer-kalarm is working. The alarm does not start, there is no
popup window that normally starts when the time is defined for it, there is no
music that is defined for one of the alarms. It's beyond my understanding that
something works on 08.10 and doesn't work on 09.10, and I used the alarm
program to give 4x insulin, heart medicine. I used the korganizer reminder for
various events, e.g. birthdays. It's incomprehensible that something can
suddenly stop working properly and a program that is very important for
someone's health
e's health
