no. If you use DK Software Collection repository here, and if all dependencies
are resolve, DK and kipi-plugins will be compiled and installed. I'm sure, i
use it :

I tried digikam master and wrongly assumed I was also using kipi master. But
no, I was using kipi-plugins 5.2 provided with current Opensuse Leap. I'll
correct it.
