Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been
unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug. Spectacle is the
replacement for ksnapshot now. Please test again and file a new bug for
Spectacle if you still have issues. Thank you!

I was using the ksnapshot utility. I think the error might not be related
directly with ksnapshot but with the new integration of Wayland or something
else. At the end I had a lot of problems with video reproduction, programs
crashing with the use of a mouse scrolling and more. 

I decided to downgrade to fedora 24 because it was really annoying.

Are you using the 'ksnapshot' or the 'spectacle' utility?
