Yes, still relevant. I’ve found an interesting workaround: In Kscreen, chance
the primary screen (if you only have one screen, select no main screen). This

Please check newer versions. Many multi-screen related bugs have been fixed in
5.8.4, some more in 5.8.5.
We also released 5.9.0 and 5.9.1 in the meantime, which might already contain
fixes that
